We're hiring an IAM Support Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management team. This role is open to freshers as well as professionals with 1–3 years of experience looking to build a career in cybersecurity and identity management.
Responsibilities:
Provide L1/L2 support for IAM tools (Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure AD, or similar)
Handle user provisioning/deprovisioning, access requests, and password resets
Troubleshoot login, SSO, and MFA issues
Assist with access reviews and audit documentation
Escalate complex issues to L3/engineering teams
Maintain accurate tickets and SOPs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Freshers: strong fundamentals in networking, Active Directory, or basic scripting
Experienced (1–3 yrs): hands-on exposure to any IAM/PAM tool (Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping, ForgeRock, etc.)
Good communication skills — this role involves working with US clients/shifts
Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts (if supporting US hours)
Nice to Have
Certifications: Security+, Okta Certified Professional, or similar
Basic understanding of Zero Trust, SSO, MFA, RBAC concepts
